Now ‘thrifting’ feels twice as good!
With the success of our first retail ‘Carpenter’s Corner Thrift & More’ store in the Rural Oaks neighborhood, Carpenter’s Place has added a second store that’s now open to serve the needs of southeast Rockford and generate additional revenue for our many programs directly benefiting the area’s homeless and families in crisis.

You now have two retail destinations to choose from. Both are delivering exceptional value of a curated selection of gently-used adult and children’s clothing, jewelry, toys, household goods, furniture, bicycles, books and other merchandise.

We’re accepting donations at Carpenter’s Corner Rural and at our new Carpenters Corner Alpine, Monday through Saturday, 9am to 5pm. We are greatly in need of:
•Household Goods
•Gently Used Clothing
•Furniture
(We’re not accepting sleeper sofas, mattresses, large appliances or large office furniture.)
Pick Up My Donation!
